With a comprehensive relaunch for the EMV collection fair organised by the Europa Möbel Verbund (EMV) in April 2025, the Schuster Home Company and its second location in Gummersbach presented itself as a showcase for the furniture trade of the future. For two days, current collections such as Contur, Global, Raumfreunde, Comfort Republic and Natura Home could be experienced in practical realisation at the POS. A key success criterion for the consistent brand presence: the floor. Emotionally showcasing brands, intuitively guiding customers, creating orientation in the jungle of products - the furniture store impressively demonstrates how future-proof furniture retail works.
Versatile and varied: exhibition areas in the furniture store
With its large exhibition area, the Schuster furniture store has a wide range of applications and offers a wide variety of locations for flooring in highly frequented areas. From a design point of view, there are no limits to creativity, as a wide range of designs and styles come together in the furniture store. Here, inspiration is created, prime examples of diverse areas of application and ideas for combining different looks are provided. The planning and project management was realised by the Cologne-based architecture firm Werner Quadt.
A new, innovative store concept was to be developed for the presentation of all the brands of the Europa Möbel Verbund (EMV). The extraordinary exhibition on over 7500 square metres serves as a collection showroom for EMV and is the first branch of Möbel Schuster with its headquarters in Waldbröl. Marketing and training topics can also be easily combined with the presentation of the latest collections in the new premises.

An important piece of the puzzle for the convincing overall impression is the floor design.

The exhibition area allows you to experience different floors for different room designs and areas of use live. Individual moods and atmospheres are presented with ease in many small areas. The floors are not only fitted with the furniture, but also with decorations down to the last detail so that customers can see directly how the compositions work in living situations.
Whether living area, kitchen or sleeping area - the perfect floor has been laid for each exhibition area so that the desired exhibit blends in seamlessly or stands out in particular. In this way, the different living styles and concepts can be ideally presented and made tangible for visitors to the furniture store.
This shows directly that intensive use, functionality and design go hand in hand in the EXPONA COMMERCIAL collection.
