The Ibis hotel in Mouilleron-le-Captif has recently been renovated and expanded. The focus was on creating a welcoming and consistent atmosphere throughout the building. Guests can now enjoy a modern, comfortable hotel environment.
The project was carried out in collaboration with VLP Les Parquets de l'Ouest, which was responsible for supplying and installing the flooring. The construction was coordinated by Laurence Robin, the multisite director responsible for the project at the AGP Hôtels Group. The new and renovated areas benefit from a harmonious selection of design and textile floors from the objectflor range, which combine contemporary aesthetics, comfort and technical performance.
The right flooring solution for different areas
In the communal areas (reception, lounges, dining areas), design floors from the EXPONA DESIGN and EXPONA COMMERCIAL collections were installed to match the concept. The Grey Terrazzo stone decor gives a large open space a contemporary, graphic style. In areas that require a subdued atmosphere, the Classic Oak wood decor offers warmth and authenticity.
These exclusive design floorings combine durability, ease of care and high-quality aesthetics and are ideal for high-traffic areas without detracting from the character of the location.
Carpet tiles from the EXPONA SIMPLAY Carpets IMPRESSION collection were chosen for the rooms. Carpet tiles offer acoustic comfort, a pleasant feel underfoot and a warm atmosphere. They are also very easy to maintain thanks to their solution-dyed polyamide yarn.
In addition, EXPONA floor coverings meet very high quality standards and have the best emission values in terms of sustainability and are 100% recyclable.

By combining different floor coverings, it was possible to create different atmospheres between public areas and rooms, while ensuring visual continuity and technical performance.
