In the Music Store, industrial charm – with exposed service elements on the ceiling – meets striking designer flooring with an authentic wood-effect finish. The different designs create deliberate accents and emphasise the ‘American Way of Life’ style.
On the ground floor, the EXPONA DESIGN flooring in a silver-grey wood-effect finish was laid across approximately 1,500 m². Its surface texture is reminiscent of driftwood and creates an intriguing contrast to the industrial surroundings. For a further 1,800 m² of retail space, EXPONA DESIGN in a warm, rustic oak finish was chosen. Installation using objectflor’s joint strips emphasises the plank-like character and lends the area a lively feel.
As well as the aesthetic appeal, the functional properties of the flooring are also essential in this heavily frequented music shop. The vinyl design floors combine the individual design of the rooms with the demands of day-to-day operations.
