Living just like in a detached house
" To complement the classic yet modern style of the rooms, the elegant ‘Rich Valley Oak’ finish from the EXPONA LIVING home collection was chosen. "
Multi-family homes with a spacious living concept
A garden, a garage, spacious rooms and good privacy and sound insulation: these are the things many families associate with owning their own home. A building project on Christian-Morgenstern-Straße in Wiesbaden demonstrates how spacious living standards can also be achieved in apartment blocks.
The project comprises two almost identical buildings, each with eight residential units in the style of bungalows and maisonettes. The buildings are situated above the associated underground car park and offer unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. All flats feature spacious roof gardens or roof terraces. Planters between the flats and along the street both create a spatial boundary and help provide privacy and sound insulation.
A great choice: the oak-effect designer flooring
The construction project was realised by the architectural practice Christ.Christ. associated architects from Wiesbaden and was honoured with, amongst other awards, the German Design Award 2020. High-quality and contemporary solutions were also prioritised for the fittings. Large window fronts are just as much a part of the concept as floor coverings that blend harmoniously into the living spaces.
In keeping with the classic-modern style, the ‘Rich Valley Oak’ oak-effect finish from the EXPONA LIVING home collection was chosen. These design floor coverings are easy to clean and maintain and are suitable for various living areas, including the bathroom and kitchen. Depending on the product variant, they offer a surface that is warm underfoot, as well as specific properties regarding slip resistance and walking comfort.
