Future-focused learning in the new building
" To complement the modern and minimalist architectural concept, great importance was attached to quality and design when selecting the appropriate flooring. "
EXPONA FLOW for modern educational and event venues
The new building in Bochum houses offices and seminar rooms for the training of specialists and managers in the housing and property sector. Designed by Gerber Architekten, the complex comprises a four-storey building and a single-storey building with two large event rooms that can be joined together as required. The new building is positioned at an angle to the existing EBZ buildings, thereby creating a spacious forecourt with an urban ambience.
To complement the modern and minimalist architecture, particular emphasis was placed on design and technical properties when selecting the flooring. The choice fell on EXPONA FLOW in the dark ‘Jet’ finish (item no. 9842).
Spanning around 1,100 square metres, the flooring creates a spacious, open effect thanks to its virtually seamless installation. With a wear layer of 0.7 mm and a PUR surface finish, EXPONA FLOW is designed for high-traffic areas. The collection combines the large-format design of a continuous floor covering with the variety of patterns found in designer flooring. EXPONA FLOW is available in rolls two metres wide and 20 metres long. Bespoke rolls with a width of up to four metres are possible.
EXPONA FLOW offers product-specific properties for use in high-traffic areas. The collection is phthalate-free, 100 per cent recyclable and certified to ‘Indoor Air Comfort Gold’ standards in terms of emission properties.
